A Brief History

Maren Linn, Head Monkey of Sai-Sai Arts, is a self-taught designer living in Nashville, TN. From an early age, Maren was a hat wearer, being nick-named "Bonnet" due to her head's state of constant adornment. When she was old enough to self decorate, she put a wide variety of things in her hair from necklaces to natural flowers and living birds - so long as they were willing. She's an avid period piece watcher and has developed nostagia for a time when hats were more important than shoes when it came to fashion statements. She creates her line of Hair Flair in the hopes that those who wear them feel that immediate sense of beauty, elegance, or silliness that popping on a hat can give.
